Well if you have a full prtfolio which most people do they have very little cash laying around to just buy every opportunity there is. SO most including myself will move money around to capitalize on stocks moving or defining themselves timely.

They then watch the one that shot themselves in the foot for a re-entry point. Everyone has there own way of investing and trading.
