Does anyone know if ARET meets the qualifications to be considered a reporting company?

I know they filed a 10K for 1996 and 1997 which made them current at the time of filing, but I'd have to say that they're late on their 1st quarter 10Q. They stated their fiscal year ended December 31 in the 10K so that would make March 31 the end of their 1st quarter. I believe you only have 45 days to file your 10Q after the end of the quarter and that would have been May 15.

I'm not 100% sure on how long you have to file after the quarter so I hope someone can clarify this for me.

Thanks,
Bill
