Well, I'll preface my remark by stating I don't know what exactly is the procedure, but there is some approval a company needs prior to revaluating employee stock options. Minimally, a board vote I would suspect, meaning it should show up in the annual report. I've been on the receiving side and know it doesn't happen automatically and sometimes doesn't at all, see? even employee's get screwed. Walt
