RE:I find the timing absolutely right, and cannot find any "hidden agenda". Zeev, the "hidden agenda" is in Kurlak wanting to be considered right, but unfortunately he does little fundamental analysis. Kurlak made some outrageous predictions with respect to MU. "Strong Buy" on MU at the top with predictions of $6+ EPS in '98. It is very dangerous listening to such an analyst IMHO. Bob
