That is the 'classic' dump & pump strategy, to claim the SEC is going to halt trading on the stock to create panic selling and shake shares on behalf of those with large undeclared short positions. Even tho it is a dump & pump tactic, do not take it lightly, the shortsellers and their accomplices will barrage regulatory agencies with complaints about the company. Naysayers will contend that if the company is honest, it should be no big deal, yet, they will use the investigation against shareholders stating, "look at this company, the SEC is investigating it!" Shortsellers <LOL>!! Pugs
