I think you have to be more facile than I to consider this issue just an OT "political topic" and, therefore, "a waste of space." The reason I thought it worth bringing up was because read the front page NYT story and saw two key political spokespersons on national television shows within the past twelve hours saying that "the CEO of LOR was allowed to sell state security secrets to the Chinese because he was a major contributor to Clinton." Even if nobody on this thread gives a damn what happens to Clinton vis a vis this issue, I assume all of us care what happens to Loral and wanted others' opinions of whether or not they thought this story might affect the stock, at least in the short run, FWIW.

Having said that, I found the rest of your e-mail helpful and responsive, however unintentionally, to the very point I tried to raise.
