Turboe..... I also work in the real estate industry, with a major company as a consultant.. I know exactly what I'm talking about..... Your credentialism aside...I never said a broker gets a fee for financing...I said the buyer broker gets 50% of the comission and has "relationships" with different financing companies because of previous referrals. I understand your fears, because Buyer Brokers undermine your domain. But considering all the transgressions done by the seller's brokers and well documented on television shows...... Buyers brokers time is well overdue.... and your supposed authority is at best patronizing. In addition, when a realtor posts a sign on a property or lists it on the"net" and elsewhere, the seller's broker has to take whomever wishes to buy the property...whether it be a buyer or seller broker's client. Whether this means PLNM is or isn't a good investment, I won't say. But please present convincing and intelligent arguments...rather than self serving ones. Besides...DA BULLS kicked the PACERS butt! ztect
