I absolutely agree.

And what do we do?

I am for more even election spending, myself. I do not think the running of the nation should be bought and sold. I would prefer that people had the chance to vote for candidates who did not have to kowtow to special interest groups for their campaign money. I think it is degrading that our elected officials spend so much time trolling for dollars to line their war chests.

Just an idea.
