TO ALL::: A TOP DOG reader just reminded me of the "safekeeping" clause.. do you guys know that one?? E*TRADE doesn't have this but some of your brokerages just might and don't let them tell you that PENNY STOCKS CAN'T BE SHORTED!!... if you call your broker and don't want to physically ORDER your PKGP shares in cert form but would like them to be taken out of street name so they can't be shorted against... then you can always have them put in "safekeeping"... as to the specifics on this and how fast you can trade on shares held in safekeeping I'm not sure... but this is an alternative way to speed up any shorts having to cover before July 1st... any comments or corrections on this anyone?? jim
