Z-- We are talking about mortgage brokers are we not re:PLNM? The real estate broker does not get a piece-- so why the talk of buyer's brokers? I do agree that buyer's brokers work with residential due to signs and especially the MLS.

But what has it got to do with PLNM splitting fees? Or mortage brokers splitting fees-- which in residential is rare?

I just laugh at attorney's egos? What kind of consulting in real estate do you do? Deal killer? Why would any corp hire an attorney to consult on real estate? Most successful RE investors I know avoid lawyers like the plague.

I think your swaying of the argument of PLNM into buyer;s brokerage is smoke-- which your type are good at.<G>

What does it have to do with PLNM?

I'll bet my net worth I can make more money and know more about real estate than some lawyer who just knows the contract-- big whoppee! That is but one small cog in the wheel of real estate-- but vampires, uh lawyers, think it is the most important.

Are you jealous that we brokers make 100k on a deal and you make 100 an hour? So maybe 2-3k if you have a gullible client?

Da Bulls were lucky--jeez-- grafitti man actually made two buckets in a row and one was a fast break...
