Just to put everything in perspective, Mr. Pink is short only 60,000 post-split shares. This position is less than .75 of 1% of Mr Pink's total assets under management.

If MR. Pink has learned one thing, it is that in short selling, patience is a virtue. Look at FPAM, which Mr. Pink shorted last year. It took a year to break. But when it did, it fell fast.

Mr. Pink apologizes if His comments about Darby caused any offense. He was trying to use satire to point out that her experience in the medical equipment area might not warrant placing a $300 million on a company with no sales and 9mm in cash in which she is at the helm.

Management, according to Peter Lynch, Warren Buffet and Mr. Pink is a critical and important matter. Darby may be terrific, she just has never had a chance to prove it.

As always good luck to all, long and short, and may Mr. Market determine the best man or woman.

Mr. Pink
