To All -
I have received numerous private messages regarding INUS. It seems that everybody is very optimistic about the prospects for their Electronic Software Delivery solution and the potential for some more information going forward. True, ESD will be a HUGE market. Mgmt told my source that other players include Software.Net and Techwave ( i have never heard of the latter).

Although I do not personally know much about Intermark, here is what I know. Do not merely look at the Innovus SEC filings. Innovus (INUS) appears to be nothing more than a shell corporation at present. Thus, its balance sheet, etc. is irrelevant. BTW, it is not all that bad. Intermark, the company who owns the technology as well as WebSnake, etc., is merging into INUS and its present mgmt will take control.

The outlook, based on the commentary from the press releases, seems to indicate that the future looks amazing. Everybody knows that there is a bandwidth regarding electronic downloading. IF THIS COMPANY SOLVES THAT PROBLEM, THEN IT WILL BE GOLDEN With only 7 million shares outstanding, and a stock trading at .53, this market cap of $3.5 million is ridiculous. The risk/reward ratio is positive. You make the call. I did. The STUD!!!
