The following URL will give you the details to your question: sec.yahoo.com Basically, they are shutting the thing down. One asset remaining,which should be worth between 68 and 78 cents in July. At that point, remaining funds transferred to a liquidating trust ... you pay taxes as if you had received the remaining funds ... which will run for three years, spewing out maybe 20 cents per share. Current price 81 cents. Close to fully valued, I'd guess. BUT!
