Shalom, I think he means that satan takes scripture and twists the meaning slightly but enough to distort the intent from God. Like in the wilderness he tempted Messiah with scripture and the Lord responded with the correct use of the word. The correct interpretation of the word is our best defense, God bless and Praise Him for His word, Nancy
