News Item #1 SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 1, 1997--Interactive Telesis Inc. (ITI) (OTC/BB:TSIS), has been advised by the Executive Teleconferencing Division of AT&T that, commencing October 1997, the company will be providing recording and playback services for management/analyst calls under an arrangement previously reached between the two companies. The software designed by Interactive Telesis under this agreement allows for the fully automated recording of these extensive corporate conference calls with virtually instant replay being available. AT&T has indicated that, in the near future, they will be contracting with ITI to develop additional features to enhance the replay-user interface. "This initial arrangement, combined with the recently announced referrals of well-known AT&T corporate clients, will substantially enhance the company's cash flow," said Donald E. Cameron, president of Interactive Telesis. "Preliminary discussions have identified several opportunities for Interactive Telesis to provide specialized communication services to other AT&T divisions and their clients. These initially include providing similar recording/playback services to one or more of the six conference-calling centers that AT&T operates in addition to its Executive Conference Calling Division."
