Earnings in line with expectations , non issue.... IMHO "The company is discussing other proposals made by several energy companies , including Texaco Group Inc. for exploitation of the Company's gas to liquid technology through licenses or other business ventures." "Proposals made" Proposal ( n.) a course of action put forward for consideration i.e. an offer I never heard the word proposal mentioned here before, and several... sounds to me like they are fielding offers, sort of like the Real Estate market in the 80's looking for the best offer... Hmmmmm, very encouraging .
