I have had some periods of frustration with KRY management on the subject of communications. This being said, I don't think that the National Enquirer of the Internet, StockWatch, should be granted the least little bit of credibility by providing a response to each single bit of mud they sling. They are paid to do their "writing" and the latest piece is allegedly 2 MONTHS OLD and is only distributed NOW...strange is it not?

If people form an opinion on Crystallex based on what they read from StockWatch, they should not be in KRY !! No need to try and convince these readers that KRY is worthy of their investment dollars. Those that needed to form an opinion have ALREADY done so for the most part. If nervous investors get rattled by the creative literary fiction of SW, then they really should not be involved with KRY to start with. Those that have a position in KRY will certainly not change their minds simply because of what StockWatch distributes.

I am sure you are aware that many have gone after the National Enquirer, and guess what, they (NE) are still in business. In fact they thrive on attention to drum up more business.

The full page ad that KRY took out a little while ago was wasted money. The damage had already been done and the response played into the hand of Asensio! In situations such as these you can't will playing catch up. This is where I would agree with you that KRY management could do better, being PRO-ACTIVE !

There is a great deal of nonsense put out by proponents of both sides on the KRY situation. Not being an insider, it is difficult to tell what is true and what is false. I guess each has to make up his/her own mind based on personal experience, investment objectives and tolerance to risk. I understand the difficulty that many have, at being told, "trust us on this one". I prefer to analyze the facts myself, but in this case, facts are difficult to come by.

In the end, I suspect KRY will yield less than many are hoping for and will take more time as well. We are well into year 2 in the saga and a few more years will go by before a single oz of Au is extracted. I think many buyers of KRY were expecting a quick buck.

I note your investment and management experience, and trust that this post finds you in good health.
