BusinessWire, Tuesday, December 23, 1997 at 15:53

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 23, 1997--Interactive Telesis
(OTC BB:TSIS) is pleased to announce that its MarketREACH divisions
30-day net revenues from the provision of telecommunication services
to AT&T met management estimates (announced Nov. 24, 1997) of
approximately $70,000.
Revenues are expected to sharply increase after each calendar
quarter, when the majority of corporate earnings reports are released.
ITI's client, Lucent Technology, recently began marketing
internal teleconferencing systems to large corporations, and
discussions are under way for Interactive Telesis to provide recording
and playback applications for these networks.
Interactive Telesis InvestorREACH shareholder communication
service has added three new public company clients in the past 30
days which will generate an estimated $60,000 annually from billed
client minutes and monthly subscription fees.
