BTW - I just checked out Techwave. Now that deal looks awesome. www.techwave.com. On the issue of the reverse, I am not 100% certain what the terms are, ie. if the stock moves, will they change the structure. Also, it doesn't appear that this has been voted on yet. This is definately an area of grey right now. But the core Intermark technology is very much real. And somebody will make a ton of money. I am speculating that shareholders here, owning stock at the bottom, should not get hurt. But then again, people here are touting CFON and XYBR at these ludicrous valuations in light of these co's operating history. Good luck! The STUD!!!
