Yes, one thing that works to MEMC's favor is that in the long term the Asian problem has stopped any further plans for wafer plants. And if you look at a previous post about 30 back, Taiwan plans to spend gobs of money on fab plants over the next 10 years. So I think there will indeed be a wafer shortage at some point. The 300MM will definately work well for us as most new plants are building for it.

You know, that was a good observation comparing MEMC to AMAT. The only defense of MEMC that they didn't start to cut their work force sooner is that they haven't been an independent company for that long, while AMAT has been around for a while and seen the cyclical nature of this industry. MEMC will learn.
