Larry, you might want to reserve judgement for just a little while. Brandt has left an avenue of escape from this plan (You can see that in the 8K). Of course, rumors are flying and I won't continue to spread them here, but I'm looking forward to seeing what the next few weeks will bring. I didn't put anything on this race that I can't lose; so to me it's like the horses are coming down the home stretch with Stockholder trailing by a length; the excitement is reaching fever pitch and a lot of the spectators are tearing up their tickets and heading for the exits, but, like I said, I think it's still a race and I'm going to wait till they cross the wire. After all, like you said, we paid Brandt millions and millions of dollars... What the heck, eh! Phil
