Scott, If you review my posts you will see I sold when rosen caused the rise above 1. I also said I would buy when it got below 5/8. Since the news came before 5/8, I hadn't yet bought. Fortunately, i was caught out of the stock. As far as the decision, I consistently said the judge could rule on the briefs (without a hearing) and that I was unhappy with the GIFT reply brief. As to what comes next, I'll wait and see what is field on appeal. If I like the brief, I'm back in at 1/4.
