Charles, now they tell us? I have been warning against those floorless since my first day on SI (the floorless than was Arakis). I have been chasing those bastards all over, and believe me they have new incarnations every day. CTYS was the first floorless preferred equity deal (rather than debt) I met, but they'll keep coming with new ways to fleece the small investor. You see a floorless, look at another company, until all the floorless have been disgorged. Unfortunately, they often leave behind nothing but an empty shell company. Look at CAFE, EXSO, CTYS, and countless others. Zeev
