From Jay Taylors news letter: LS CAPITAL As previously disclosed, I had been a consultant to one company that was on my list, namely LS CAPITAL. During that time, I refrained from providing my investment views to my paid subscribers, since to do so would have provided at least the appearance of a conflict. However, be advised that my consulting arrangement with LS Capital is no longer in force. Thus, I am once again free to discuss my independent views regarding LS Capital and plan to do so in the near future.
