Agreed. A chapter 11 reorg (vs. chapter 7 liquidation) can remove a lot of question marks regarding the lawsuit and keep the business in play. Anyone invested in MFN that did not consider chapter 11 as a possibility is a bit too naive to be investing in turnarounds.
