Initial and Cursory DD on PLNM.....MY OWN...not some hypster's. First this is a service for brokers NOT buyers. Second, this IS providing an essential service to brokers by eliminating excessive paper work. It is eliminating paper work by giving brokers info like daily rates (lender rate sheets) which they previously received from numerous sources. 3). The list of lenders participating is quite extensive and includes most major banks and lending institutions. 4). the webpage also offers numerous invaluable links for people in the "biz" 5). the webpage also has relevant and pertinent banners (links) generating revenues. 6). The chairman Billy Anders, Sr. appears to have quite an impressive lists of credentials including long periods of time in key positions at IBM. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ -Now... how will this company maintain its market position? -Is it software so sophisticated that others can't easily enter their niche? -Who are its potential competitors? -Will traditional Realtors embrace this service? - How is this service being marketed within the industry? -Who can I refer to (what references) validate the claims and credentials of PLNM and LION's officers and managers? ++++++++++++++++++++++ These are but a few of the questions I immediately ask when evaluating a company like this one. Fortunately, I will be on the West coast reviewing a couple of other companies VERY SOON....and will make an effort to get up close and personal with PLNM as well since their service is "intriguing". If the company doesn't welcome this intrusion, it is my first sign regarding this company's legitimacy or illegitimacy. As for right now I have no opinion on the company other than it requires a more thorough review, since the company is providing a worthwhile and viable service. Let me reiterate that everyone else's comments and name calling have hitherto not been very helpful. Empty boasts or degradation of a company is pointless. Any reference to forthcoming or inside news is scandalous. So then too, take my words for what YOU (whomever you may be) think they are worth. Plus remember, TALK IS CHEAP. ztect
