The name of the game for the next 24 months is to tie up the strategic pieces of the business and exclusive alliances that will bring lower costs, wider visibility and larger margins in the future. Focusing on primarily on profits now is the wrong move. You say there's no brand loyalty in retail, tell Coke and Pepsi that and they would laugh you right out of the offices as i'm right now.
