Thanks Shanes and Joe for reviving this board. :)

I sold on the "rebound" above 16 recently--mainly because I wanted to deploy capital elsewhere, and didn't see much happening to UTR very short term (tho last week's drop seemed a bit harsh.) Wonder if there's any connection to the recent downgrading (acc to Yahoo) by the one analyst currently tracking UTR. I like the merger with BMRQ--should give them useful diversification and impressive expertese in a burgeoning market segment. I'll definitely be watching closely for the right time to re-enter. I do think the downside is limited from here, and a mid-term upward movement could be sharp.

You might be interested in a very well-run company that also excells in power management--SMTC. They have an excellent thread here at Subject 19400. Todd W, Jeff B, and Leeza R are especially good on this stock.

Thanks again for your recent info, and know that some of us are paying attention. :)

Dave
