Bill we are going to hit your target this week. This mornings little dip on open should be bought with both hands. All the people in Japan are taking money out of Japanese banks and putting it in Citibank. We are going to have a fear driven rush of capital from SEA to fuel and amazing bubble run this week. The inverted shoulders will be complete this morning and will be resolved to the upside posthaste, no 2-3 week choppiness, that would destroy the chart pattern. Most of the money is made and lost at the peak. Surfs up. bobby b
