LEN was created last summer by buying Lennar at 31 prior to the spin-off of LNR now trading at 27. Although LEN is now trading at 27, you could have created LEN at 13 by buying Pacific Greystone (merged into LEN and a pure play on the homebuilding business). Alternatively you could have bought bought LEN thus creating both LEN and LNR for a package worth over 50%.

In any case the profits have been north of 80% in 8 months, even with the drop in LEN which has fallen with the home builders.

Doug, mr. pink does not see you hold your stock selections to public scrutiny. Why not keep the discussion to ACRT or you may contact me privately if transactions like the LEN merger and spin-off are too difficult for you to understand.

All the best

Mr. Pink
