Francis, thanks for the info. I agree it is somewhat difficult to determine the true market cap. I don't know if there is any similarity to Globalstar, where the public shares sold in Globalstar represent only a portion of the actual venture. It sounds like Orbcomm the company may have a market cap in the $114 mil range but may only represent a portion of the LP? The venture would have approx $392 mill in capitalization. Anyway correct me if I'm off base here. Thanks.
