Darrell, Bill already offered to put the "first screen" up for bid. That's the screen with the Windows Logo. The problem is, the DOJ wouldn't let MSFT be a bidder (I guess the money would go to the PC mfr). That was more than generous of MSFT to put the first screen up for bid. The DOJ would have rejected any and all offers by MSFT, because they're out for big $$$ in penalties.

I say Bill is doing the right thing. Take it to the mat. Let's fight it out. Meanwhile, Win98 will be permeating all the ends of the earth.
