F, Re:I've been practically beholden to briefing since last year when I sold off KLIC @ 57 on their call I wouldn't put too much weight into Briefings comments since they tend to use TA and little FA. When the semis eventually do start moving, don't be surprised to see Briefing bullish once again. But that will probably happen only when the SOX breaks its old high of 400+. The question ultimately is, do you buy here at SOX=294 or wait for some arbitrary indicator to turn green? BK
