Looks like maybe they are tired of APCO getting into their RV market.
Based on Apco's success, I would assume it would be good for the company more so than the sector.

Based on the success that APCO has had in the RV business, I would say that the industry is looking for better customer service. In the past ISTN has been responsible for the claims in the past thus a lot of their cash has been reserved for losses. Not sure how the new deal works.

Looks like they are trying to combat APCO's plan into the independent dealerships. The only thing this might possibly do for APCO is speed up the EasyCare Standard program and the partnership agreement involving the independent dealers.

Then again they may not hurry at all since they have the product and name recognition behind them. After all APCO still only has about 1.3 percent of the business out there. Looks like there will be plenty to go around.
