Jim,

You write with great conviction despite the recent downward trend in stock price. I have increased my position as well as we trickle down day after day.

I started an indepth re-analysis of the annual report which I originally read several weeks ago. Did everyone notice how conservative the report is? This is a bare bones, "just the fact, Ma'm" report with no glossy photographs or lofty projections. I am pleased they didn't spend alot of money on a flashy publication. This tells me that management is very cost conscious and pinches every penny. Nothing is expended on frivolous amenities.

They are also sitting on a big pile of cash. Why issue an additional 3 million shares of stock and stash $134,000,000 in savings and short term investments? Perhaps they ended up with more money lining their pockets than they anticipated? My point is, the CEO must be very cautious. Just like the guy who saves his loose change in a coffee can for 10 years until he has enough to buy a new car. Very debt adverse.

Wouldn't it be a nice gesture if they bought some shares back at the current price. Give the stalwart investors in SNDK a small confidence booster even though it may be insulting to those who bought into the secondary at $28.00. We really need a catalyst to catapult the stock back into mid-20's. More visible institutional coverage, new licensing agreements for the MMC, a victory against Lexar,... (Anything would be fine by me!!!).
