All, Regarding "Buy Back". Cirrus does NOT have to retire the stock if they begin to buy back. In fact, many companies buy back and use the stock for paying off options. Now wouldn't it be interesting their plan was now to buy back stock, use it for voting purposes, get rid of Teo somehow, and then retire the shares?????? Calvin Scott
