I am new to this board having posted only one time. My post was #100 and included some info that may help your evaluation. PLNM has 20 % of the Seattle market which is their home area and this was established before the company started their nationwide work. According to the company their growth rate is extraordinary as they are getting new customers at a 500 per month rate currently. They expect the growth rate to increase from present levels. This information came from PLNM so you must verify it elsewhere. IMHO the company appears ligit and evidently has something to offer brokers for about $ 40 per month that helps them. While there are many sites that offer mortgage rates, I believe this one has by far the most to offer and brokers must think it is helpful. My DD has indicated a buy as it looks ligit to me. BILL
