Bill should simply settle on whatever with whatever it takes. he
built microsoft from nothing in a fierce environment; to think he
can't do it again by accommodating netscape and a few other
"silly" agreements, is wrong. pride is getting in the way here. the
doj wants to take this ship apart. without meaningful agreements
from Bill, where Bill starts from the same starting point (again) as
others, the doj will work their nasty will until they feel they've
