Sometimes, and I am not saying it is the case here, but sometimes, the stock goes down because people cannot find the stock quote easily and panic. When the stock symbol gets the "D" attached to it for some reason, people start to sell. After it gets back to the normal symbol it seems to recover. This is my fourth time with a stock doing this, (although the other three were for "good" reasons, I disagreed with the stock split in this case), and each time the stock dropped in price during its "D" phase, only to reacquire its price after the "D" was dropped. I don't think that is going to happen in this case, but it might.

If it does, I may use it as a trading strategy in the future.
