Reported that Her-2/neu peptide vaccines induce immune responses to Her-2/neu, a cancer associated protein. Substantial immune responses were elicited in the majority of patients vaccinated. Immunity persisted long term. The vaccine proved safe with no appreciable toxicity. Volume 98K.
