Calling for certs seems to be a favorite tactic of pump and dumpers. They use it to get people's minds off the poor performance of the company. This cry seems to be particularly used when huge amounts of shares are hitting the market from the company. The pump and dumpers blame those "evil MM's." Apparently they hope the price will rise in a frenzy so they can make a quick buck and leave others holding worthless stock. Lurker GO FAMH!
