Switzerland is different. There you're required to keep your state-issue battle rifle. Trouble is, if your ammo supply comes up a little short during periodic inspection, you're in deep yogurt. The Swiss have the worst of both worlds. No constitutional right of which I'm aware, and this piece of state property the avg. Jurg has to keep fed and housed.
