Thanks Randomm -- even though I thought that the initial Form D filing may have reflected Linzy Capital, the other usage is entirely consistent with everything the company has stated. Trace this thread back to the time period just prior to Tigershark's release regarding the stock volatility and you will find posts from me that stated the reason for the expansion of the float from 900k to 2.2 million involved an issuance of shares related to the reverse merger transaction. This has been known by us for quite some time. Apparently, in light of the fact that TGSK never actually took Linzy up on its offer (except to place some shares in escrow as good faith - again, NOT an actual exchange since such shares are contingent), no Form D was filed with respect to Linzy.

Thanks Randomm for posting the Sitra response. Folks, I have spoken to Sitra numerous times. I have also spoken to dozens and dozens of other IR reps for otc stocks. There is no comparison. Scott Sitra is in a class by himself in terms of his forthrightness and communications. For those that are unaware, there were indeed certain aspects of the prior IR firm that handled TGSK. Colin made the very wise decision of entrusting this much potential into much safer hands. He made this decision quickly and decisively just as he responded to the shorting activity and volatility with a buyback. You should be pleased that your CEO recognized the need for a reputbable IR firm early. There were indeed inexcusable errors with the pre-Sitra press releases. Since Sitra has come on, I believe the company has been upfront on EVERYTHING.
