I think this was just that 1,375,000 private placement packages.

ITF is one of my best performer this 1998. ITF recently [on the end of April] breakout that .60 with significant volume, this is a very strong and bullish pattern with first moj to be reached at .98, that is ITF will reach .98 within few weeks. And gold prices look bullish to say the least, gold since hit that 18 year's low @$276.50 in January 1998, and has reversed it down trend in to up trend, and this uptrend is still intact, therefore we will see much higher prices for our ITF.
