I guess the good news is that this sale is only at a 15% discount
to market.

No sign of any advertising/transaction revenue on latest 10Q, nor
do they seem to be adding any kiosks (assuming they do show
up on the balance sheet).

The company has a good concept, but so far, has demonstrated
zero execution.

But, I'm still lurking in the background waiting to pounce.
