It would be more interesting if he was heading the company directly, but he's reportedly joined the board of directors. Koz is/was the CEO but a recent PRs states that Mr. Burke has joined as the CEO. But in Br. Burke's case there were many conditions to his employment. As an investor in the company one should do the DD and confirm that all his conditions were met and that he is firmly on board as CEO. Dave
