The flip side is they could also be seeing a higher price in the future if you want a positive spin.

This is the point I was trying to express is that they have to sell at specified times and the street should not read it as negative.

Let's face it they would like to get the highest price like the rest of us so there has to be a reason why they are even considering selling at these prices.
