I just called Mike M to get an update. He said he was misinformed when he said the merger process would be 4 to 6 weeks. He now says it will take several months. He doesn't feel that is a factor because we will not be turning a profit until at least then ( 1st Quarter - 1999 Fiscal Year, which is August). LPS will get cranking in June. He really did not have much to say. He seemed somewhat aggravated at my asking him for an update on things when there was nothing to report. Oh well, I'm still long on CSMA, but I am extremely frustrated. I used to be in love with this stock which got me in trouble in the first place, but now I must admit I am starting to dislike it. However, I am stuck with it since I invested so much money and I am not willing to take the loss with still so much potential in the future. When in the future is the key question, it doesn't appear to be anytime soon to me. Joe Dreamer
