You are ignoring the point now. I am saying that the DOJ is not being objective. I have also said that they have not been objective in the past, the latest bit of evidence is what sticks out in my mind. The reason why it may appear that I am hammering that one point is becase the mere mention of such a point eliminates the objectiveness of the DOJ, thereby invalidating thier entire argument that they are acting in the best interest of the consumer. This is similar to my problem with the special master appointed by Judge Jackson. Due to thier actions and the email ferreted out, it appears obvious that MSFT was not going to get an objective, unbiased trial - but rather a biased, subjective trial skewered to the side of NSCP before discovery was even completed. Favoring one company over the other is not in the interest of the consumer. Would you prefer that I ignore the fact that the DOJ has made statements that invalidated thier objectivity and represenets the fact that they don't consider all participants equitably?
