Twenty states plan to sue
Eliminate browser or add competitors, they say

TWENTY STATES lined up on the side of the Justice
Department, planning what is expected to be simultaneous
antitrust lawsuits filed Monday morning against Microsoft.
The states reportedly will ask that Microsoft either remove
its browser from the soon-to-be-released Windows 98 or
offer two competing browsers, including rival Netscape. The
suits will come in the wake of derailed settlement talks.
